Oracle cards are free-flowing and can include a variety or messages, looks, card numbers, etc. This is similar to my Moonology Oracle Deck or the Wild Unknown Archetype Deck that I use.

Tarot cards on the other hard are full of structure. Tarot decks are traditionally 78 cards with 22 Major Arcana cards (These are big theme cards), and 56 Minor Arcana cards split into suits (exactly like a deck of cards). Each suit carries different meanings, as does each number. This is how tarot can be a bit more specific.
